Refunds & Returns

Overview

At Hello Creator Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a mislabeled or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Support@HelloCreator.studio. We’ll need photos of the incorrect or damaged item to process your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items

Please note that there are certain items that are exempt from being returned due to hygiene or other reasons. These items include gift cards, downloadable products, and intimate or sanitary goods.

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at Support@HelloCreator.studio with your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Please make sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Refunds will only be granted partially in the following circumstances:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts, and the damage or missing parts are not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

For these situations, we will consider the value of the item and may only offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item being returned. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Support@HelloCreator.studio.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  1. Check your bank account to see if the refund has been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of your refund. It may take some time before it is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank to inquire about the processing time for refunds.

If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at Support@HelloCreator.studio for further assistance.

Return Policy

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue. If your package is lost in transit, you must report the issue within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is found to be our error, we will cover the cost of providing a replacement. We cannot accept returns for sealed items, including but not limited to face masks, as they cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. To report any issues, please contact us at Support@HelloCreator.studio.

Gift Returns

If you received an item that was marked as a gift when purchased, and it was shipped directly to you but was damaged or mislabeled, you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a gift certificate for the same value.

On the other hand, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at Support@HelloCreator.studio as soon as possible. We will arrange for an exchange of the same item to be sent to you promptly.

Return Shipping

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue. If your package is lost in transit, you must report the issue within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is found to be our error, we will cover the cost of resolving of replacement. To report any issues, please contact us at Support@HelloCreator.studio.

Please note that if you choose to return your product, you should first contact us at Support@HelloCreator.studio. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item, and these costs are non-refundable. To ensure the safe return of more expensive items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. The physical mailing address for returns is 7750 Okeechobee Blvd, Ste 4 PMB 3066, West Palm Beach, FL. 33411. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process and do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Wrong Address

In the event that you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the original facility. If a reshipment is necessary, you will be responsible for the related costs after we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Package

If a shipment is not claimed, it will be sent back to the original facility and you will be responsible for paying the cost of having it reshipped to you (if necessary).

Return Notice

Please reach out to our customer service team prior to returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, excluding customers in Brazil. Returns for items including face masks and size exchanges are currently not available. If you are a customer in Brazil and would like to return a purchase, you must contact our customer service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide a picture. The request will be evaluated to determine if the product has been used or damaged, and if so, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, Hello Creator reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Hello Creator reserves the right to refuse returns in these cases at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
